Elliot

Elliot’s journey in construction began at just 15 years old, working his way up from laborer to field engineer in heavy highway construction. In 2021, he took a leap into roofing sales—a move he had considered for years—and never looked back. After two successful years in the industry, Elliot founded Washington Roofing to bring quality craftsmanship and trusted service to the community.

When he’s not on the job, you can find him:

  • Hunting in the great outdoors

  • Boating on the water

  • Spending quality time with his wife and kids

Sally

With over a decade in the building industry, Sally brings invaluable experience to Washington Roofing. After nine years with a custom builder and three years in roofing, she now keeps our operations running smoothly by managing accounts receivable, contracts, invoicing, deposits, and more.

Outside of work, Sally is an avid walker (at least three miles a day!), a devoted mom who loves theatre outings with her daughter, and an active board member of her condo association. When she’s not keeping us organized, you’ll find her unwinding with a good book.

Klayton

With a lifetime of experience as a farmer, Klayton brings a strong set of skills in sales, communication, and working with people to his role at Washington Roofing. His background made his transition to Project Manager and Sales Representative a natural fit.

Klayton is committed to ensuring clients are happy and projects are successful. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, farming, and working on tractors.

Jeffrey

With a strong background in construction, Jeffery started his career in siding, soffit, and fascia repair, later moving into operations management. His passion for the industry led him to sales, where he now thrives as a sales representative and project manager at Washington Roofing.

Jeffery enjoys guiding clients through the roofing process and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. When he's not on the job, you can find him hunting, cooking, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.

DJ

Since joining Washington Roofing in September 2024, DJ has brought a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, transitioning from a groundman in the tree-trimming industry. Encouraged by his father, who has a background in roofing, DJ made the switch to the roofing industry for greater growth and learning opportunities.

As a Runner, DJ ensures every job site is left spotless by handling final cleanup, taking finished photos, and organizing leftover materials. He also delivers necessary supplies and materials to roofing crews for smooth and efficient project completion. Outside of work, DJ enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and working on his truck projects. He values family time and loves being the best uncle to his little niece.

Kevin

As Head of Operations, Kevin is Elliot’s right-hand man, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish. He works directly with crews and subcontractors across all trades, making sure materials are on-site when needed, job sites are cleaned up perfectly, and every project meets our high standards.

Whether it’s answering homeowner questions, handling unexpected challenges, or reviewing subcontractor invoices before payment, Kevin keeps everything on track. He’s an absolute expert in the field—and honestly, we’d be lost without him!
